In order to provide you with the finest surgical care, our practice makes every effort to make your surgical care affordable. As a patient you can help by paying for your care at the time it is rendered to you during your visit. For your convenience we accept Cash, Checks, major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept Medical Financing cards such as Care credit.

We are Delta Dental Premier and PPO providers. We accept and can help process claims from many other dental insurance plans. We can help you determine your benefits, eligibility and coverage before you start any treatment. Just ask our expert financial coordinator and we are happy to help you sort your benefits and insurance coverage.

Patients with Insurance: If you have Dental or Medical insurance, as a courtesy to you, we will help file your insurance claim so you can get the maximum reimbursement for your treatment. We will make every effort to verify your coverage beforehand. It would help us very much if you can provide all your insurance information even before your visit.

The estimated amount of coverage can vary and will depend on your individual contract plan. Remember, our professional services are rendered to you the patient and not the insurance company. If your insurance pays more than your service than what was estimated, you will receive a prompt refund. If the insurance benefit payment is less, you will be billed for the balance. It usually takes four to six weeks for an insurance claim to be processed. We will inform you if you have a balance and your prompt remittance would be appreciated.

Our billing and insurance coordinator will be more than happy to assist you and answer all questions that you may have about payment, insurance coverage for surgical services. We always aim to fully disclose all financial arrangements before any treatment is rendered to prevent any confusion and misunderstandings about payment for services.
